Have you a commitment availability from September 2022 to March 2023?
If so YMCA Lincs Community Team, University of Lincoln and National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) are looking for a COMMUNITY CHAMPION. The role enables the Champion to engage with their community to discover and gather information of views and feelings from others about health research, how it can benefit people in their community and help to address health inequalities.
Full training and support will be given from NIHR, the University and YMCA Lincs. You will be able to connect with other Community Champions and receive recognition payments and expenses for the work you undertake, with an anticipated engagement of up to 8 days. The role also requires an ability to take part in activities online, answering of emails, be able to work well in a group, listen to others and be able to share views and learning.
