This morn, a subtle mist twisted round Bella Luna setting in the West, like a sweat drenched bedsheet - draping across the brown stubble stalks of wild grasses. The goddess Natura is resting - rocking in her dark womb, the seeds of future growth. She rests also in our souls where we hold the kernels of our original Self. What the forthcoming will bring - seems covered by the darkening - Yet if we dare to look into the dusky gloom, we see evidenced in the undulating vapors, a purposeful pulsing. In these lengthening nights, our spiritual spores seek to be nurtured – unbounded - cherished in eager promise. Banking our inner light - we belong to ourselves - & when we consciously gestate these stones of Self - even if only for 5 minutes in the every day of our busy lives, we can live with a deep knowing, that thru this dark Season - & on - into the imminent - shrouded in the void of Space & Time - we are in perpetuum - ever Becoming. Everything changes. All life must flux - like the scales of Libra, it cannot be fixed. Day & Night, Life & Death, Activity & Quietness, the Out-breath & the In-breath, are the swings of the pendulum - the rhythms which bear us thru the Cycle of the Year - the rhythms that enable us to mature into our True Being, as we cultivate the inner observer - at the fulcrum of the scales. From this Christic mood - we prepare the soil for the future fruits of soul to ripen. ~hag
