I wasn't going to post today, which was a bummer because I've posted every day for almost 3 months, and this is the end day of March, so it would be skipping at a wonky moment!

The prompt is phrased so oddly though, and whereas normally odd phrasing can leave room for creativity via rebellion, I couldn't find even that this morning--until I began reading others' posts.
You guys are impressive!
So I wanted to highlight one post that cut to the heart surprisingly for me, from papadoshortstories. It brought to mind the famous opening line from Anna Karenina.
I'm not unhappy today, but there is some pain around estrangements and acceptance. Maybe it's better deemed integration. It's taken me a long time not to treat this particular pain as an enemy... to acknowledge it's many expressions in the room and share a cup of tea.
