It's currently 1:30 in the morning and the First of June! I was busy typing away on another writing when all of a sudden the wife started freaking out, and making some really loud pain type of noises in her sleep! This scared the absolute poo poo out of me, but I was able to lean over and ask her what was going on. She mumbled some things that I couldn't even comprehend or make out. I said, "Honey, I can't understand you, what's wrong? What's going on!?" She started to speak a little more clearly but it was still pretty much incomprehensible. "*Garbles and whispers* Nothing... stretching...I'm fine...can't talk..." She then moves sleeping positions and falls back asleep. I said, "Well you were groaning in pain so loud and you scared the freaking crap out of me!!" "Oh, I'm sorry" she said, and then went back to sleep.
I'm sorry, but you don't just scream bloody murder if you're "stretching" - especially while being in a deep sleep. I was scared half to death and almost had to go change into some new underwear and shorts! I'm too old to be making messes in my big boy clothes folks!
Just imagine for a moment that you're working hard on something, and all of a sudden your spouse starts groaning and screaming like a banshee! There's no way you could've possibly known that they were going to do that...so how would you react? Would you scream and/or poop yourself from being frightened so badly?
I wanna say this was the cause and effect of one of those crazy pregnancy dreams, but this isn't the first time the wife's talked to me in her sleep - far from it in-fact! I've heard plenty of crazy, funny, sad, and scary dreams of hers before, and I'm kinda hoping she'll remember what caused this one. If not, just remember this as the day I ALMOST pooped myself!
That's all for now - just wanted to share with you all a quick and funny story! I need to get some sleep now, and have enough energy for whatever the Lord puts before me tomorrow. Hopefully I can make some extra time to finish my other couple of writings, and then start getting back on a decentish schedule.
