I was blessed with two visions a couple mornings back. I posted about the one the next day and this was the other vision. I do not know who the woman is but I know many people carry the same thing inside them for years, some never letting go of it, some dying with it still embedded inside them. It was a powerful and moving vision.
I saw what looked like a root, like a tree root and it was thick and long. I then saw a woman and as I watched the root was pulled out from her chest. As it was being pulled out of her, it was like watching a balloon going from being inflated to no air at all. It was something she should of let go of years ago. I noticed something was written on the thick long root as it came out of the woman, it was the word "Bitterness."
She had a deep seated, deep embedded root of bitterness inside of her for years. It wasn't hard to see it, her life and words showed it. The bitterness control much of her life but then one day something happened. Her eyes were opened to how it was controlling her and she no longer wanted to hold onto it, she finally let go of it. What was so deep, so ingrained, so heavy inside her, after years of letting it control her. She finally gave it over to God to carry and she now has been set free.
What an awesome feeling that must be for her, from carrying something so heavy for years to completely letting it go. I am sure she feels like a whole new person. She now has a whole new perspective on life and has received a new heart.
"Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor [perpetual animosity, resentment, strife, fault-finding] and slander be put away from you, along with every kind of malice [all spitefulness, verbal abuse, malevolence]. Be kind and helpful to one another, tender-hearted [compassionate, understanding], forgiving one another [readily and freely], just as God in Christ also forgave you." (Ephesians 4:31-32).
"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty [from bondage, true freedom]. And we all, with unveiled faces, continually seeing as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into His image from [one degree of] glory to [even more] glory, which comes from the Lord, [who is] the Spirit." (2 Corinthians 3:17-18).
