The man who was born blind, he could see much more than the man who could see. He could feel, see and hear the many things around him, he didn't need eyes to see. The other though, he could see but he was being blinded by the world. The one who was blind, his eyes were wide opened to the things of the world, even though he could not see them. The one who could see, he let man and the things of the world pull him into the world.
Both men were blinded but in different ways. They both believed they were okay with God and they served God in different ways. The one who was born blind. He wanted nothing less than God's will and God's way in his life. The other, it was more about pleasing man and himself, than God. He let the ways of the world and mans ways guide him instead of God.
They both were blind; both could not see but one day the one born blind, his eyes will be opened, and he will see the awesomeness of Heaven. The other, if he does not change there is a good chance that he may end up hearing words he will not want to hear.
1 John 2:15-17 "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world."
