Dear Fresh Manna Readers,
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I pray this season blesses you deeply. Even if the holidays are a difficult time for you, I ask the Lord to meet you with His peace and make this a special season of encouragement.
PLEASE read this as I would like to update you on our ministry!
This past year brought an unexpected challenge that affects anyone who sends devotionals, newsletters, or ministry emails. With the rapid rise of AI, dishonest individuals have flooded inboxes with unprecedented amounts of spam. In response, companies like Google and others were forced to change how they handle mass mailings in order to protect users.
Because Fresh Manna reaches so many people around the world, those changes caused much of our mailing to be mistakenly flagged as spam. As a result, many of you stopped seeing Fresh Manna in your inbox—even though we never stopped sending it three times a week. Over time, some readers assumed it had ended and quietly dropped off.
To address this, we had to make significant changes. We remodeled and simplified the entire website and completely overhauled how our mailings are sent so Fresh Manna would once again land in inboxes instead of spam folders. For the first time in 25 years of writing Fresh Manna, this required a substantial investment of time, work, and expense. After nearly three months of effort, we believe the issue has largely been resolved, and many of you may now be seeing Fresh Manna show up in your inbox again.
I’ll be honest—this season of challenge briefly led me to consider ending the sending out of Fresh Manna. But the Lord would not allow it and encouraged me. And now, on the other side of this transition, I can truly say I believe Fresh Manna has never been written better, nor reached more people around the world. For that I am so extremely grateful.
Looking ahead to 2026, I honestly feel that God has increased the anointing upon my life to write Fresh Manna. I believe Fresh Manna will encourage you more than ever before. Your prayers mean everything to me, and I ask that you continue to pray for us in the year ahead.
Fresh Manna has always been my gift to you, and I have rarely asked for financial support —I believe not more than 3 times in 25 years. However, the reach God has given us has also opened doors for missions work in India, Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Africa. If you feel led by the Lord to give, please consider tax-deductible donations to help us continue this work. It is easy to do and you'll find the donate button on the website at FreshManna.org
Thank you for your listening and reading, and your prayers and time. May God bless you richly in the coming year doing exceedingly abundantly beyond what we can ask or think!
