So I have been lucky as I haven't had to cook a lot as I been in Wimbledon where I live with my mum and step dad, and they cook and gone out for meals.
I have also been travelling over to Epsom as I do a weekly radio show and doing some days out nearby and now school is back next week it is back to me cooking and planning meals and get back on track by follow these meal planning habits.
