I had a vision a few nights ago. I saw a beehive that was taken apart. The main box had no honey or bees in it. I then saw two other extension boxes that were connected to the main hive. They were sitting off to the side of the main box, they were not laying close to each other. Just like the main hive they also were empty of honey and bees.
God wasted no time telling me the meaning of the vision. The main part of the beehive is the main part of the church, the main building. The other two parts of the beehive are churches that are connected to the main church.
What is the meaning of the main hive and the others being empty, void of bees and honey. The bees are the congregation, and the honey is God's word, the Bible. Many churches are no longer speaking God's word which the Bible tells us is sweet as honey. (How sweet are Your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!" Psalm 119:103).
They have turned to pleasing man, they fear man more than God. They don't want to offend so they preach what tickles man's ears, chopping His word into pieces, if they speak it at all. It's true, we are seeing it more and more each day.
Why did God give me this vision, why did He show me the empty beehive. He said it is how He sees many of the churches, they are void of His word which means they are void of His presence, they are empty to Him. There may be people in the buildings but to Him they are as empty as the beehive was of the honey and bees.
It's just getting started, there will be many more. We will be seeing many more do what His word says in 2 Timothy 4:3-4 because of not wanting to offend those who sit in the seats.
"For the time will come when people will not tolerate sound doctrine and accurate instruction [that challenges them with God's truth]; but wanting to have their ears tickled [with something pleasing], they will accumulate for themselves [many] teachers [one after another, chosen] to satisfy their own desires and to support the errors they hold, and will turn their ears away from the truth and will wander off into myths and man-made fictions [and will accept the unacceptable]."
