This event, scheduled from October 23 to 27, 2024, will bring the legendary French cuisine of La Tour d'Argent to Hanoi for the first time in history.

La Tour d'Argent, a pillar of French gastronomic heritage since 1582, will partner with Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi to offer an unparalleled dining experience. Helmed by Executive Chef Yannick Franques, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2004, La Tour d'Argent boasts a Michelin star for its blend of classic and contemporary French cuisine. The restaurant's extraordinary wine cellar, with over 300,000 of the finest vintages, will also contribute to this unique event.
Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, Southeast Asia's first and only Sofitel Legend hotel, epitomizes fine French hospitality in Vietnam's capital. The hotel's Chef de Cuisine, Charles Degrendele, trained at La Tour d'Argent, underscoring the cultural connections between these two iconic establishments.
