But it could never reach all the way to the sun. And then one day, the sun came down and nestled in the heart of the tree.  The tree hugged it with all its might! We are like the tree, always trying to reach God.  We can never make it, no matter how much we grow through the seasons of life.   Reaching God does not come through our own striving.  It comes from continuing to look up in faith, extending our hands in praise just to be in the warmth of His Love. And then God shines The Light of His Love on us, revealing He was with us all along! Jesus replied, "Anyone who loves Me will obey My Teaching.  My Father will love them, and We will come to them and make Our Home with them." John 14:23 Comment
