| James Callahan Jan 20 | Why should it be different, why better, or more meaningful, simply because we become more intentional, and more committed to not waste all that denotation hidden beneath the surface of everyday; what if this is all there is and nothing is hidden from us, no hermeneutic is needed, and it's in the hurriedness of running here and there, dazed and confused, throwing love at instinct, riding wave after wave of sensation, of fleeting moments which elude intentionality and simply won't be controlled by human will, for they are racing on with a determined constancy and unable to slow for voyeurism, only to be remembered by a trace of breeze as they pass uncaring and deliberate with face set like a flint toward the horizon of a pointless distance, and here we are trying to hitch our wagons to the shooting star of inevitability and be drawn into something more important than what we must have just missed. | | | | | You can also reply to this email to leave a comment. | | | | |
