 | Lil' Caboose Child care Nov 30 | With sickness going around we have had small groups for the past couple of days. Thank you to parents for helping to keep illness out of Daycare. Yesterday one of our newest children turned 2 years old. We celebrated with surprise decorations and balloons. The balloons became a game soon after she arrived. For her birthday treat we celebrated with pudding cups. She was so thrilled. The kids love the toss across game so much that I created several different games to play with it. Which basically meant that they just kept playing any way they wanted to, haha. Shapes were another favorite today. The kids got out the ladybug shape sorter and took turns placing the correct shape in the right slot. We also learned that by pushing the ladybug's head all the shapes come flying out. That was more exciting than matching the shapes in the first place. We have a couple new potty trainers. They are doing great. Then there are our artists who just love to draw on the draw and erase boards.
