The excitement is palpable as Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), the trailblazing pioneer of global cruise travel, embarks on a grand adventure, marking its triumphant return to Asia. The stage is set, the sails are unfurled, and the iconic Norwegian Jewel has left Tokyo's shores, commencing a thrilling six-month odyssey in this captivating region.

Norwegian Jewel's Asian Odyssey

As the vanguard of NCL's fleet returning to Asia after a hiatus of over three years, Norwegian Jewel promises to be a floating paradise, offering 16 immersive and port-rich itineraries. Setting sail from nine different departure ports, including the vibrant hubs of Bangkok (Laem Chabang), Kuala Lumpur (Port Klang), Singapore, Taipei (Keelung), Bali (Benoa), Tokyo, Yokohama, and, for the very first time in NCL history, Seoul (Incheon), this voyage guarantees an epic exploration.

Unveiling the Itineraries

These extraordinary cruises range from 10 to 14 days, promising a treasure trove of experiences with an average of less than two sea days per sailing. This means more time to immerse yourself in iconic destinations like the bustling streets of Singapore and the enchanting landscapes of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Furthermore, extended overnight stays in destinations that come alive under the night sky, such as the tropical paradise of Phuket, the vibrant city of Osaka, and the enchanting Bali (Benoa), will surely leave you spellbound.

Norwegian Jewel's route will also make its first calls to captivating destinations like Manila, Boracay, Palawan, and Salomague in the Philippines; Bintan Island in Indonesia; and Hualien in Taiwan. Each port of call offers a unique cultural and scenic experience that's bound to leave a lasting impression.

NCL's Commitment to Asia

Norwegian Cruise Line's commitment to Asia as both a source market and a destination is unwavering. In the 2024/25 season, the brand will proudly deploy a record four ships in the region. Alongside Norwegian Jewel, Norwegian Spirit, Sun, and Sky will also grace these diverse ports, offering travelers a plethora of choices to explore iconic and lesser-known destinations in Japan, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Malaysia.

Norwegian Sun's Asia Pacific Debut

In a grand premiere, Norwegian Sun is set to offer a captivating six-month Asia Pacific season from October 2024 to April 2025. This incredible journey includes 13 exotic itineraries, with four being offered for the very first time. Highlights include three departures from Melbourne, Australia, and an Auckland, New Zealand to Bali, Indonesia sailing in March 2025. Departure ports include Melbourne and Sydney, Australia; Auckland, New Zealand; Honolulu; and Papeete, French Polynesia. Prepare to be enchanted by the sublime scenery and cultural diversity of each bucket-list-worthy destination.

Norwegian Spirit's Return to Australia, New Zealand, South Pacific, and Asia

After a highly successful maiden season, Norwegian Spirit returns to Australian and New Zealand waters for its second consecutive season, from December 2023 through March 2024. This season offers a series of popular open-jaw sailings between Sydney and Auckland before embarking on a series of repositioning cruises in the South Pacific. The ship will then return to the region for a series of 14 Asia voyages during an eight-month season from September 2024 to April 2025. Departing from Manila, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, and Seoul, these voyages promise exciting adventures and cultural explorations.

Norwegian Sky's Exotic Asian Adventure

The four-month Asian season of Norwegian Sky is an adventure like no other. With seven sailings departing from various ports, including Manila, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, and Port Louis, Mauritius, between December 2024 and March 2025, this journey invites you to discover the beauty and diversity of Asia and the Asia Pacific. These sailings range from 10 to 17 days and include immersive experiences that allow you to delve deeper into captivating destinations like the Philippines and Japan.

For guests seeking an even more immersive experience, select sailings can be combined with a three-night/four-day land exploration with one of NCL's Cruise Tours in Tokyo, Taipei, and Singapore. These add-ons provide a comprehensive adventure that showcases the rich cultural tapestry of the region.
