| y3sapphire Nov 2 | In RSHE, we have been thinking about ways we can keep ourselves healthy. We thought about having a balanced diet, getting 60 minutes of exercise, drinking plenty and getting 10-12 hours of sleep a night. We then thought about our own lives and thought about ways we can have a good balance of things we enjoy and things that are healthy.
