PARISH FINANCES : We are very grateful for your regular giving in support of the Parishes. Many people now give by a regular ,usually, monthly Standing Order and many Gift Aid their giving thereby increasing it at no extra cost . This helps ensure a regular flow of income to support the parishes. You can also of course use envelopes and if you are a taxpayer Gift Aid your giving. We appreciate that many people are under pressure because of the rising cost of living. Your regular giving has helped us to tackle the considerable overdraft at EM. We are confident that this will soon be finally cleared. Please ask about envelopes, standing orders or Gift Aid.
Our Diocesan Vision Statement
We are called to be a Catholic diocese which is faithful to the mission entrusted to us by Jesus Christ, full of missionary disciples who work co-responsibly in vibrant communities of faith, joyful in their ser vice of God and neighbour. In his Pastoral letter last weekend Archbishop asked us to reflect together as a parish four elements of the Diocesan Vision– Evangelisation, Formation, Liturgy and Worship, Social Outreach. We will be seeking to create opportunities to do this in the months ahead.
