Sherlock Holmes: The Veiled Lodger by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
You are never too old to read any story of Sherlock Holmes. This one is particularly not about deduction by Holmes but rather storytelling by the victim. But it gives ample opportunity for the readers to deduce the ending of the story. It's a fun read with lots of illustrations in between.
The scars, both emotional and physical, that we endure in our youth sometimes never heal. It takes a lot of time and effort to bring back the old self. You need a push which can be external or internal to know your worth after a great fall. The ending of the story is all about that push. To walk ahead and never look behind.
My Rating:3.5/5.0.
Happy Reading!!!
