Hey everyone, is nobody really going to say anything about my consistency though? Except for last week's missing blog, I can explain.

It's a new week also and I am trying to move from the past month, being June. Better yet, I have a photo dump for you guys, but before that I want to briefly talk about how I began this particular month. It was perfect because it definitely set the tone for the rest of the month.

I took a much needed break from this place, believe it or not, it doesn't really matter where you are, sometimes you need a little break. And by the end of each month, a part of me always yearns for something different and this month I just felt like I had to do something.

My weekend was definitely unplanned even though I knew about this trip almost a month before. Spending a night at a cute Airbnb was part of the plan but trying out a new restaurant with a friend wasn't. It was very last minute and now I understand, a little bit more deeply even, the importance of thorough planning.

The Goddess Cafe was such an underwhelming experience for us, I am simply in disbelief. And I'm more mad about the fact that it was somewhat my idea when the initial plan was to attend Market At The Sheds. Ft

Goddess Cafe was not even close to what we expected, personally it made me feel like I was starring in an episode from 7de Laan. It was too quaint, too confined, too pink, too posh inspired which gave me high tea but make it way too matured. I definitely felt out of place because that was definitely not the type of aesthetic I thrive under. But we're suspecting it's probably that specific branch we went to, either way I don't see myself going back for seconds. The food and drinks were cute though, plus I had wonderful company, so that was a nice save. You guys can definitely go and check it out, it was just not for us.

In general, June was a not so bad month for me, we're taking it one ghetto day at a time okay. I'm doing perfectly fine and I've got God to thank, I'm highly favored. I hope you also had a wholesome month and if not, always remember that no situation is permanent, you'll be good. That's it from me, here's a random photo dump of a little bit of what I got up to in June.
