I needed to get away from something/escape. I don't remember what. So I decided I'd go climb 'the Bellinghausen' which was a mountain. I was going to live there. When I got there, I found it wasn't a mountain. Instead it was a giant cliff with red and tan striations. This wasn't a problem because I brought cliff-climbing sandals. The shoes had big spikes on the bottom and were made in the pattern of a bear foot. Somehow I knew they'd been made from railroad rails. Before I could start climbing, I found out a weather warning prohibited climbing because there was too much wind above 70,000 meters. (Yes, 70,000).

I was waiting to board an Amtrak from Detroit to Kansas City. When you boarded, you had your name called and the train staff had to high five/low five you as you got on board. My conductors were LLCC alums Morgan Hauser and Kinzie Johnson...except Morgan was pregnant. I got on board with Jim Hunstein and David Pieart. They were told we had to buy popcorn to go to our room--and that our room was #6--we had to share the room with the public men's room. It also turned out that the bedsheets were dirty and mine had cigarette burns in them.. Jim H.'s had fuzzy mold on his--he said the fuzzy felt good and would keep him warm overnight.

I was staying with Erik J. in his all-white mansion along with Canfield and another unknown friend. Erik's house was haunted--this freaked me out so I decided to take a shower--but couldn't because the house only had bathtubs. I went back to my room, thought someone was there--no. So I checked the closet--and there, Erik Johnson was hiding his secret: six copies of The Miss America Pageant Game.
